Technique Development and Correction, Psychological Training, Player Preparation. Performance Training Camp Direction. Player specific, structured development and training plan preparation.

LTA Level 4 Coach. Adam is a fully licensed LTA Level 4 Coach and he has been coaching tennis for over 8 years. He gained a Sports Coaching degree in 2007 from the University of Cardiff. He specialises in Performance Mini Tennis, Club Doubles and Cardio Tennis. Adam is a Cardio Tennis Tutor for the LTA and uses the latest Performance Analysis tools to help coach his players.

His coaching experience included coaching at a national level Australia for the AIS as well as coaching numerous county players in England. James considers his strength to be in motivatiing players of all ages and abilities to reach their potential and is a strong advocate of the ‘game-based’ approach to coaching.

Depending on the age of the children, lessons can involve anything from basic ball skills, agility and co-ordination development to more advanced tennis-specific coaching.
